  1. Data administrator

    In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we wanted We would like to inform you that the administrator of your personal data is the Limited Liability Company KAWSAR (hereinafter referred to as KAWSAR LLC), located in Bydgoszcz, Republic of Poland.

  2. Objectives and legal basis
    Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:
    1. to implement recruitment processes (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
    2. to take actions aimed at concluding contracts with KAWSAR LLC (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
    3. to implement the terms of the contract concluded with KAWSAR LLC (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
    4. due to the need to fulfill the obligations imposed on KAWSAR LLC. obligations arising from the legal provisions governing the activities of KAWSAR Ltd. (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
    5. to satisfy our claims and defend against possible claims against KAWSAR LLC related to the concluded contract or its non-conclusion (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
    6. to pursue the legitimate interests of KAWSAR LLC, for example marketing services and products, unless your fundamental rights and freedoms override our interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
    7. for purposes related to the management and internal administration of KAWSAR LLC, including the creation of internal analyzes and statistics, unless your fundamental rights and freedoms override the interests of KAWSAR LLC (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  3. Data administrator

    In connection with the processing of data for the above purposes, your personal data may be transferred to other entities authorized to access your personal data on the basis of the relevant provisions of the law, entities providing the Administrator with services related to our activities, including: provision of HR, legal services or IT service providers.

  4. Rights of data subjects
    1. Providing your personal data is usually voluntary, but is a condition for concluding a contract and fulfilling the requirements arising from legal provisions. Failure to provide this data will lead to the impossibility of concluding a contract and fulfilling the obligations imposed on the Administrator. Data for marketing purposes is provided voluntarily. Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling. Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
    2. You have the right to access your data and the right to request its correction, erasure or restriction of its processing. At the request of the data subject, the controller provides a copy of the processed data. If the basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of his personal data.
    3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Chairman of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  5. Information about automated decision making

    The administrator does not make decisions automatically, and your data is not subject to profiling.

  6. Data retention period

    Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract under which you were obliged to perform the ordered actions, as well as for the period provided for by current legislation, in particular related to the statute of limitations for claims arising from the contract concluded between the Administrator and the person providing temporary work services.
