Mozzarella cheese production worker

We are looking for experienced professionals to work in mozzarella cheese production. Responsibilities include preparing milk mixture, shaping cheese dough, maturing and packaging the final product. Good knowledge of cheese production technology and experience in similar plants is required. Willingness to work in conditions of high humidity and temperature.

Responsibilities:

Assistance in cheese production;
Quality control of raw materials and finished products;
Use of equipment for preparing raw materials, food additives, and auxiliary materials;
Compliance with the technological process;
Participation in packaging and labeling of goods;
Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace during and after work, washing and disinfecting utensils, devices, equipment, and production premises;
Compliance with rules and norms of labor protection and safety techniques in force at the plant

Requirements:

Experience in the food industry plant is welcomed;
Readiness for physical labor;
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends;
Preferably have relevant education;
Ability to work in a team;
Punctuality and diligence;
Aspiration for professional development;
Knowledge of Polish or Russian language is mandatory
